Can you give my pets medication, Insulin or Sub-Q Fluids

We can!
We have 30 years of experience administering Supplements, Medications, Insulin, and Sub-Q Fluids.

We will need to have medication information updated with your pet information within your profile on our Online scheduling system.  Including the prescription name, dosage information, and the frequency that you administer.

How many visits a day do I need?

These are the Veterinarian’s recommended number of visits needed each day. If medication is required twice a day (or more), our clients will schedule the added visits each day!

Cats ~ at least Once per day.

Dogs ~ twice per day is typical for most dogs, but they may require additional visits.  If you plan to leave in the morning, our first visit will start that night.
* If more than 3 visits are needed each day, you might consider our overnight pet-sitting visits with 2 Mid-Day visits spaced out between our return at night for the overnight.

Chickens  ~our clients typically have us come Twice per day to let out and close their coop door at dusk.

Birds ~ at least Once per day.

Bunnies ~ at least Once per day.

Turtles and Tortoise~ at least Once per day.

Fish Tanks and Ponds ~ at least Once per day.

How do I sign up for dog walking or pet sitting services?

As with all of our services, you will first start by creating an account.
1. Create an account by clicking here.
2. Once you’ve created an account, we will contact you to have a conversation about your needs and to determine if our services are a good fit for what you’re looking for.

3. Then we will set up a time to come meet with you, meet your fur babies at your home, and see their routine, and we’ll also pick up the keys.

How do I login to schedule a reservation online?

If you are already an existing client, meaning you’ve either had us care for your fur babies in the past or that you have registered online here, we’ve met you and your fur babies and we have keys to your home, then click here to log in to your profile.  While there, be sure that everything is up to date for your pets, and then schedule the dates of service.  The system will walk you through the steps to schedule the visits you’d like to schedule.

How far in advance do I need to reserve service?

You can schedule up to a year and a half out.  The sooner the better.  We do take clients on a first come, first served basis and we never cancel on you once we’ve approved a booking!

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all credit cards and cash.

What do you charge for pet sitting?

Each service is priced at different rates.  This is due to a variety of reasons.  One is the number of fur babies you have, another is the number of visits they need.  We are happy to talk with you and determine the exact pricing for you per visit.

When is payment due?

Payment for all Pet Sitting reservations is charged to the card on file generally 7-10 days prior to the first visit.
Payment for all Mid-Day visits and Dog walking is charged to the card on file between the 1st of each month for the month ahead

I am a customer but haven't used your service in more than a year. How do I get my account re-activated?

Welcome Back!!
If you haven’t moved, and we still have current keys, then you should be able to log in to your online profile here and schedule services.  If the site for some reason, will not allow you access to your profile, please call us and we’ll see what needs to be done from our end.

I forgot my username or password to schedule an online appointment, how do I login?

Is my information safe on your site?

We do not keep any information directly on this site, we use a third party, and their services are SSL encrypted for your security protection.
