How do I sign up for dog walking or pet sitting services?

Please call Kirsten in our office (425) 836-5500 and she will be happy to discuss your needs and tell you more about the services we offer.  If you are interested, she will set up a complimentary visit with one of our professional pet sitters or dog walkers.  This introductory meeting a half hour to  an hour long and helps our sitter familiarize themselves with your pets, their routine and gives you the opportunity to meet your sitter.

Once you are a client,  you will have access to request future service through our online scheduling system and your information is kept active for one year.  If you need service in the future and have not used our services in more than a year, we may need to set up a meeting to go over any changes;  maybe dietary changes, medication that is new, keys  maybe a new pet or for any other changes that we may need to go over in person.  We call this a Follow Up visit and is booked at a rate of $25 per follow up.  This fee covers your sitters time and reactivates you in our system. Please see Follow Up visit for more information.

Can you give my pet medicine or injections?

Yes.  Our sitters have experience giving medication and some have experience giving insulin injections and sub-Q fluids. Fees vary please see or Services & Rates  page.

How far in advance do I need to reserve service?

Its best to reserve dates as far in advance as possible for holidays especially. We book services on a first come, first served basis. We do take some last minute bookings if we have a sitter available.  Please see Last Minute Booking for more information.

How many visits a day do I need?

The number of visits per day depends on your pets needs.  Typically;  1 (one) visit a day for cats, birds, bunnies and fish and 2 (two) or more visits up to 4 visits a day for dogs, cats that need medication or special diets and farm animals.  We also offer Overnight stays at your home for those pets that need a human at home with them while you're away. Please click on the Overnight Stays link for more information.

I am a customer but haven't used your service in more than a year. How do I get my account re-activated?

If it has been more than a year since the last time we cared for your pets, we may need to set up a meeting to go over any changes;  maybe dietary changes, medication that is new, keys, or if you've moved,  maybe a new pet or for any other changes that we may need to go over in person.  We call this a Follow Up visit and is booked at a rate of $25 per follow up.  This fee covers your sitters time and reactivates your account in our system.  Please see Follow Up visit for more information.
